"A journey from graffiti to spiritual abstraction. The evolution of LA artist JD Estrada."
JD Estrada is a Los Angeles-based artist whose work bridges street art, Chicano muralism, and spiritual abstraction. Originally known as Zender in the 1990s graffiti scene, he later transitioned into public art and created a major body of spiritual work under the name John Zender. Now at 60, Estrada returns with a mature and cohesive style that fuses his past genres into a new, visionary body of work.
